We did the general ghost tour with Haunted History Tours which included 1 haunted bar (Lafitte’s Blacksmith shop - they make a great Hurricane drink!) plus St Louis Cemetery and LaLaurie Mansion and Andrew Jackson Hotel. It was a great tour. Not sure of all the pubs they tour on the Pub Tour.
