You should be able to pull up close to the boarding/security area. The terminal is still a walk so if you can drop them off by the boarding that would save a lot of walking.

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking at the ferry terminal for $7/day. As you pull in it’s on the right, before you get to the terminal.
