The Hallmark, an independent living community located of the Village at Northrise Continuing Care Community, offers a variety of sizes and styles of apartments to fit the unique social and financial needs of the prospective resident, with 60 individual apartments available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Each of the four wings have two sets of washers and dryers free of charge to our residence along with free WIFI & 60 cable channels. Rent is month-to-month and includes all utilities with the exception of phone service and includes three meals a day, seven days a week at no additional charge.
