A24 has taken acquired US distribution rights to Element Pictures’ filthy and comedic romance Pillion, starring Harry Melling and Emmy and Golden Globe winner Alexander Skarsgård.

In addition to Melling and Skarsgård, the cast includes notable actors like Damian Lewis and Mark Rylance. Skarsgård is also set to star in the upcoming sci-fi series Murderbot for Apple TV+, further showcasing his versatility as an actor.

Skarsgard plays a sexy biker who takes on a shy wallflower, played by Melling, to be his submissive in the feature debut from British director Harry Lighton.
