Denise Richards revealed why she initially turned down Special Forces: World's Toughest Test and shared what she learned about herself after injuring her breast implants on the Fox reality series.

Richards competed against Trista Sutter, Stephen Baldwin, Brody Jenner, Christy Carlson Romano, Cam Newton and others on the third season of “Special Forces,” set in Wales. The home of British Special Forces Selection, the country proved the perfect spot for the celebrity recruits to face the harsh realities of ocean warfare.

Denise Richards went through the wringer on the third season of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.” Richards revealed during a January 3 appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live” that she had “ruptured” both of her breast implants performing one of the dangerous tasks on the reality television series.
