George Clinton has filed a $100 million lawsuit against his former business partner Armen Boladian and his Bridgeport Music company. The Parliament-Funkadelic creator from Plainfield announced the lawsuit in a press conference at the Apollo Theater on Tuesday alongside his attorney Ben Crump.
Clinton and suit defendant Armen Boladian had been business partners off and on until severing all ties in 1991.
George Clinton took legal action to regain his artistic rights and financial legacy in a multimillion-dollar dispute involving his music.
