In the wake of an ugly back-and-forth between LSU coach Brian Kelly and the family of former safety Greg Brooks Jr., ESPN personality Paul Finebaum believes the Tigers have a real issue on their hands.

Brooks Jr. states in the lawsuit that he "passed out" during practice, and "then began to vomit minutes later in front of his coaches and athletic trainers." The lawsuit claims that Brooks Jr. was told by an LSU athletic trainer that he had vertigo and was "cleared to return to practice."

Greg Brooks Jr.'s attorney pushed back after Brian Kelly refuted the claim he has not supported the former LSU safety since brain surgery.

The father of the former LSU player claimed that Kelly has not been present since his son's surgery for brain cancer.
