LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - From today to Nov. 1, Lubbock voters can cast their ballots for the general election. This includes the road bond and Frenship ISD propositions. Throughout the day, more than 8,000 voters lined up. For first time voters, this election is an opportunity to engage with issues that affect their lives.

Early voting for the Nov. 5 federal, state and local elections begins Monday in Texas. Here's what to know to cast your ballot early in Lubbock County.

The 2024 general election is a few weeks away. Voters who are registered to vote in Texas can cast a ballot for president, senator and railroad commissioner this year. There are also 38 U.S. House seats and 150 state House seats to vote on in respective counties.
