Law enforcement on Friday released new surveillance images of a young Santa Barbara County girl who’s been missing.

An 18-year-old Lompoc gang member, already in custody on burglary charges in Las Vegas, was arrested Thursday in the Nov. 20 shooting of a rival gang member on Lompoc's east side, police said.
