Jean E. Sheppard, 92, of Hanover, Pa., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, at Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace in Hanover, Pa. Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m.
