By Angelo Amante ROME, April 1 (Reuters) - Italian senators have proposed a plan to incentivise fishing companies that donate discarded nets to help shield Ukraine from Russian drone attacks, a document showed on Wednesday.

Russia has unleashed a massive drone and missile barrage on civilian areas of Ukraine and is stepping up ground attacks along the front.

Airborne attacks across large areas of Ukraine by Russian forces using more than 360 drones killed at least five people and injured 11 others.
