Arsenal winger, Bukayo Saka, has provided an update on his surgery. Saka will be out for some months after suffering a hamstring injury in the 5-1 win over Crystal Palace on December 20. Arsenal managed a 1-0 win over Ipswich Town in their first game without Saka and are preparing to face Brentford on New Year day without the England international.

LONDON -- Bukayo Saka will miss more than two months after undergoing surgery on a hamstring injury, Mikel Arteta has says.

Along with fellow defender White and Saka, Takehiro Tomiyasu is Arsenal’s other long-term absentee at present, having suffered a knee injury during pre-season and then sustained a fresh setback after just one six-minute cameo appearance off the bench against Southampton in the Premier League in early October.
