A busy road near a hospital in Nottingham has been closed after a serious crash, police said. A section of Hucknall Road, between Valley Road and Arnold Road, close to Nottingham City Hospital, is shut and police are at the scene. Officers said the road would remain closed for some time while an investigation is under way.

A 24-year-old Happy Valley woman died in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning while her two young children survived with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

Less than 24 hours after being released from the hospital, Andres Fiallo appeared in court, where a judge set his bond at $100,000.

The bicyclist received “serious injuries” and was transported to a hospital via ambulance, Milwaukee police said.
