More than a dozen people were arrested and a "record-breaking" quantity of fentanyl seized across several states in a blow to one of the largest and "most dangerous" drug cartels in America, authorities say.

The largest fentanyl bust in the history of the DEA involved operations in Las Vegas, which resulted in the seizure of thousands of dollars and the arrest of a person the DOJ was in the U.S. illegally.
