Leafs give Max Pacioretty 1-year deal after tryout
The Toronto Maple Leafs signed forwards Max Pacioretty and Steven Lorentz to one-year deals and inked defenseman Cade Webber to a two-year extension.
Maple Leafs sign Max Pacioretty, Steven Lorentz and get to within $1 of cap limit
In addition to Pacioretty, the Leafs also signed forward Steven Lorentz to a league minimum $775,000, one-year deal on Monday. They also extended the contract of prospect defenseman Cade Webber an additional two years at a cost of $825,000 a season.
Pacioretty signs 1-year contract with Maple Leafs
Steven Lorentz and Cade Webber also signed with the Maple Leafs. Lorentz, a 28-year-old forward, received a one-year, $775,000 contract coming off a Stanley Cup championship with the Florida Panthers. He had three points (one goal, two assists) in 38 regular-season games and three points (two goals, one assist) in 16 postseason games.
