Jalen Brunson, who was born in New Brunswick and was snubbed as a starter last year, will start in the backcourt, while Piscataway native and former St. Joe’s-Metuchen big man Karl-Anthony Towns will start in the frontcourt. The game is set for Feb. 16 at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

As the NBA announced the members of the All-Star teams on Thursday night, the New York Knicks enjoyed an honor that their franchise has not received in 50 years.

The starters for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game have been announced, and some familiar faces lead the way. The announcement came on TNT’s Inside the NBA on Thursday night, before tipoff between the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat.
