James Cook scored two touchdowns, Buffalo’s defense forced three second-half turnovers and the AFC East champion Bills overcame a 14-0 deficit to pull out a 24-21 win over the New England Patriots.

The Bills were surprisingly trailing the Patriots in their Week 16 matchup. Coming in as a two-touchdown favorite, the Bills were down 14-0 in the first half. And then running back James Cook woke up the Bills. Cook scored a rushing touchdown from nearly midfield against the Patriots as he put on the afterburners and no one could catch him.

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has had a massive breakout season. Entering the game against the Patriots, Cook had 828 rushing yards at 4.8 yards per carry and 13 rushing touchdowns, adding 232 receiving yards and a touchdown through the air as well.
