Nissan is coming aboard vehicle-to-grid (V2G) EV integration company ChargeScape as an equal investor alongside founding automakers BMW, Ford, and Honda. Once the investment transaction is complete, Nissan said it plans to roll out ChargeScape’s services to its electric vehicle customers in the US and Canada.

Nissan is joining ChargeScape, the alliance created by three of its competitors: Ford Motor Co., American Honda Motor Co. and BMW.

Once the transaction is complete, Nissan will become an equal 25% investor in ChargeScape and will roll out ChargeScape's services to its EV drivers across the U.
