The owners of Jack’s Abby have reached a deal to buy Night Shift Brewing, a move that solidifies the Framingham brewer’s status as the biggest producer of craft beers in Massachusetts.

The parent company of Framingham brewer Jack’s Abby is acquiring another one of the state’s largest breweries six months after buying Worcester's Wormtown.

We'll be joining an impressive portfolio of local craft brands including Jack’s Abby and Wormtown to create the largest producer of craft beer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
