Panicked conversations between two surviving roommates in the off-campus home where four University of Idaho students were murdered in 2022 were revealed in newly released text messages Thursday, shedding more light on the timeline that prosecutors aim to lean on in their case against the suspect.

One of the surviving roommates said she saw a man in a ski mask in the home where four Idaho college students were found stabbed to death in 2022.

Prosecutors argue the messages, which were released in court documents, should be allowed as evidence in the trial of Bryan Kohberger on four counts of murder.
