The Colorado Springs Fire Department said crews were responding to a grass fire near I-25 and Nevada Friday afternoon.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The U.S. Forest Service said crews were conducting a prescribed burn Friday near Pikes Peak.

On Friday, just before 3 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department confirmed a shooting at Pikes Peak and Circle, east of downtown.
