The Calgary Flames placed right winger Walker Duehr on waivers Tuesday, reports Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman. Tuesday’s transaction marks the second time in 2024-25 that Duehr has been placed on waivers.

The Flames placed winger Walker Duehr on waivers Tuesday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports. He’ll presumably head to AHL Calgary if he clears. Duehr, 27, hits the wire for the second time this season.

During his time with the Stockton Heat and Calgary Wranglers in the AHL, Duehr scored 37 goals and 69 points in 127 games. He departs the Flames after four seasons and 84 games, collecting only nine goals and 19 points. Duehr is in the final season of a two-year deal he signed in April 2023, paying him $825,000 annually.
