Earlier this year, Treyarch developer Yale Miller told Game File the Black Ops 6 campaign would be as long as a “classic” Call of Duty, suggesting it would net out around six to eight hours. Co-developer Raven Software recently doubled down on that assessment, promising fans it would be longer than Cold War ’s campaign which only ran five hours.

Black Ops 6 isn't even out yet, but of course we're getting possible info on the next CoD. According to the latest rumor, 2025's Call of Duty will be another Black Ops game, but will be a sequel to 2012's Black Ops 2.

It also revealed that it will be bringing Xbox Cloud Gaming support to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Warzone for Game Pass Ultimate members on the same day. "This is a first for the Call of Duty franchise, and a win for the community," the company said.
