Robert Pasco has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon, but does not face murder charges in the death of Edith Castrejon.

Robert Pasco, a convicted felon, is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning for the shooting of Edith Castrejon, who died from her injuries but the baby was saved by doctors.
