A 16-year-old boy fatally shot Monday night in Harrisburg has been publicly identified. Ridge Moore Jr. was shot around 8 p.m. at a home on the 1400 block of Hunter Street in the city’s Allison Hill neighborhood, according to District Attorney Fran Chardo.
