I appreciate that faults happen but I've raised a complaint because of the way this is being dealt with. Anyone know if there is a way to contact Openreach directly?

Openreach are aware of this and are trying to get it solved. If you need to change anything with your appointments, contact your provider and they can deal with it.

Nov 15, 2024 · As stated , although Openreach will do the work , you don’t arrange it with them directly ( you can’t ) , you contact your ISP and they arrange it , for one thing , Openreach can’t bill you directly, so they bill BT or EE ( or whoever the ISP is ) and the ISP bill you , OR charge the ISP around £100+ vat for this work , it’s an internal ONT shift , but isn’t a common thing to ask ...
