#KnittingTip – Trapping Floats Both Ways In stranded knitting, long stretches of one color can leave messy floats on the wrong side, so trapping them can really help keep things tidy. When I work two-color knitting, I hold one color in each hand. That means sometimes I’m trapping the yarn in my left hand, and sometimes the yarn in my right hand.
