Hieroglyphic Canyon was an ancient Hohokam site in the southern Superstition Mountains Arizona. It’s a beautiful and very popular family hike now, especially during monsoons when the water is flowing. The petroglyphs that are carved into the cliffs tell the stories of those that lived here before us. Begin at Lost Goldmine Trailhead E Cloudview in Gold Canyon AZ.
