I’m not sure where my obsession with coats and jackets started, but they have always been one my favorite things to make along with jeans. I think the hardware plays a big role in this favoritism. One of my favorite feelings is when the jacket is done and it’s time for hardware. For this jacket, I’m using an 1/8” elastic cording that I dyed purple with metal hardware I purchased from Amazon.
