While this morning’s explosion at LASD's East LA training facility remains under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Los Angeles County Fire, LAFD is providing support as requested. Our Arson Section, in coordination with the ATF, is actively assisting in the investigation to determine the cause of the explosion.
